Clever integrates with Classe365 Student Information System. This enables educators to easily enable common identity and integration between 100s of education apps with Classe365. Today let us learn how to integrate Clever with Classe365.

STEP-1: Login to Clever as District Admin

Go to Clever official website and login as "District Admin".


STEP-2: Obtain Credentials From Clever

Go to Sync > Settings > SFTP Settings

There just copy the SFTP Username and SFTP Password and proceed to the next step.


STEP-3: Setup Clever Integration in Classe365

Login to your Classe365 application as an admin and navigate to Accounts > Org Settings > Apps Settings > Clever.

Paste the copied SFTP username and SWTP Password from Clever to Classe365's App Setting and Save the configuration.


STEP-4: Sync the Information

After saving the configurations, open the Clever App settings again you should see a link - "Upload Files in Clever".

After clicking on the link, the system pushes the information securely to Clever, and shows the success message after sending the information.

Although we push the data it takes sometime to reflect in your Clever account. You need to wait for sometime and then the information will be available in your Clever account.

You can check your last sync in the Clever > Sync tab for confirmation on the sync.

The user count like Students, Teachers and Sections are updated in your Clever right after the sync is successful.
