The Events Module by Classe365 is a powerful tool that allows schools to easily manage and promote their events. Whether it's a school play, fundraiser, or parent-teacher conference, or individual class schedules, this module has everything you need to make sure your event is a success.

Getting Started

To access the Events Module, simply log into Classe365 account and navigate to the Modules > Schedules & Communications > Events.

From there, you can create a new event or view and manage existing events.

Creating an Event

To create a new event, click on the "Create Event" button and fill out the required information. This includes the event name, date and time, location, and a brief description.

You can also make the event visibility "Private" or "Specific Users" for example, a specific student.

Once you have entered all the necessary information, click "โœ…Add" to create your event.

You can then edit or delete the event at any time by simply clicking on the created event.

Promoting Your Event

The Events Module also allows you to easily promote your event to the school community. You can share the event via email notification with the users selected, the email will contain a calendar (.ics) file which can easily be installed in their personal calendars.

Super-admins can change the event email notification template from "Settings > Email Templates".

Additionally, the module has a built-in calendar feature that displays all upcoming events, making it easy for students, parents, and teachers to stay informed.
