Students who need to take leave should request permission from their teacher or the school administration. It is important to communicate your reason for the leave clearly and in advance whenever possible. This allows the teacher or admin to make any necessary arrangements and provide you with any missed assignments or information. Classe365 has a built-in leave request feature which allows students to raise leaves from their student portal.

Follow the steps below on raising leave requests.

STEP-1: Login to Student Portal

Visit your institute’s site and log in as a student using the credentials provided by your institute.

STEP-2: Raise a Leave Requests

Go to Modules > Learning Management System > Leave Request

Click on “Apply for a Leave” button.

And complete the prompts. It is essential to communicate the reason for your leave clearly and, whenever possible, in advance here.

STEP-3: Check Status

The admin or the teacher needs to approve your leave request, keep checking the status of the leave, and also look for the approval email from your admin or teacher.

If the status is 'Approved' you can take your time off.
