Classe365 allows an organization super-admin to lock the academic session, so that the information related to it wouldn't be accessible by other users.
If the academic session is "active" admin will need to make it "inactive" or make any other session "active" and then lock the old session.
To make old academic session "inactive", go to Modules > Manage Attendance OR LMS > Select new session from top-menu
Now the new session is "active", again on the same page again go to Top-menu > All Academic Session (new module) > Lock Old Session
