The login credentials (username and password) are initially set by the system, and you can generate it by inviting your users to login. This system-set credentials can be used to sign in to the user's individual accounts.

For the Students

There are 2 options to distribute login credentials to students:

1. From the CRM Module - If you are enrolling a student, you can invite them to login upon enrollment.

2. From the Manage Students page - You can generate login credentials from the Manage Students page by inviting them to login.


For the Parents

There are 2 options to distribute login credentials to parents:

1. From the CRM Module - Upon a student's enrollment, you can invite their parents to login as well.

2. From the Manage Parents page - You can generate login credentials from the Manage Parents page,


For the Teachers

You can generate login credentials for the teachers by clicking the Invite to Login options in the Teachers page.


For the Admins

You can generate login credentials for Admins by clicking the Invite to Login options in the Admin page.
