This option allows the administrators to maintain the portal details of the teachers. Information such as the username and login credentials is maintained. Only the existing teachers have the privilege to access the portal. For a new teacher to get access to the portal, the administrator has to create the profile of the teacher first before creating the username and login credentials.
Inviting Teachers
Go to Modules > Teachers/Admin Staff
Teacher records will be listed in the table.
Select Teacher Records > Invite to Log in
The system will generate a random login credentials and distribute it to the users via the channel (email/SMS/WhatsApp) you choose.
Modifying Credentials
Go to Modules > Teachers/Admin Staff
Teachers will be loaded, click on "Edit Credential" action button.
To modify just the username, uncheck "Change Password" and update.
