Managing student enrollment isn't one-size-fits-all. Every course, term, or academic program often requires unique documentation and specific data points. To give you total control over your data collection, Classe365 is launching Enrollment-Specific Fields.

This highly anticipated feature allows administrators to look beyond standard profile forms and create tailored, custom fields assigned directly to individual student enrollments.

Why This Matters

Previously, static profile fields captured general student information. However, as students progress, enroll in multiple programs, or take on specialized courses, a single profile doesn't cut it.

With Enrollment-Specific Fields, admins can now capture granular, subject-dependent information unique to a specific enrollment instance. Whether you need to track specific lab requirements for a chemistry module, dietary preferences for a culinary program, or award information for a Master Degree program of the academic session 2026, you can now collect exactly what you need without cluttering the main student profile.

How It Works (Quick Peek)

STEP-1: Setup Enrollment Fields

Go to Modules > Student Information System > Enrollment Fields

Drag/Drop the field types from the left pane to the field groups.

Set the label as required, and validate the field with rules, and ensure if the field is applicable for subject enrollment or just class/section enrollment.


STEP-2: Capture Information

Go to Modules > Student Information System > View Student

Head over to the "Enrollment" section, and edit/view the enrollment information.

By clicking on the "Edit" button the form with all the enrollment fields appears, and you can now capture the information specific to the enrollments.
