Stripe is a leading payment platform that securely processes transactions worldwide. Integrating Stripe with Classe365 simplifies fee collection, automates payment tracking, and supports multiple payment methods and currencies. This integration enhances the user experience by making payments easier and more secure, while also providing detailed financial reporting within Classe365. It streamlines financial management, ensuring that institutions can manage their finances efficiently and transparently.
To connect Stripe using Stripe Connect from the Classe365 interface, you'll need to follow these steps:
1. Login to Classe365
Go to your Classe365 portal and log in with your admin credentials.
2. Navigate to Payment Settings
Once logged in, go to the "Organisation Settings" section from the main dashboard.
Find and select the "Payment Gateways" option.
Select Stripe from the list
3. Connect to Stripe via Stripe Connect
In the stripe setting page, very account information including country and currency which you'll use to charge your students.
Once confirmed, click save.
4. Complete Stripe Onboarding Process.
Once you click save, you'll have the option to complete the Stripe Onboarding Process
If you already have a Stripe account, you can log in with your existing credentials.
If you don’t have a Stripe account, you'll be prompted to create one. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
5. Complete the Setup
Once completed, you'll be redirected back to the Classe365 interface.
Your Stripe account should now be connected, and you can start accepting payments through Classe365.
9. Test the Connection
It's a good idea to run a test transaction in sandbox mode to ensure everything is set up correctly and working as expected.
10. Monitor Payments and Transactions
Once connected, you can monitor all payments, transactions, and other financial activities directly from the Classe365 Fee and Invoicing module or through your Stripe dashboard.
