This documentation serves as a comprehensive operational guide for students, guardians, educators, and institutional administrators accessing published digital learning repositories and physical library resource logs within the Classe365 Student Information System (SIS) and Learning Management System (LMS) tenant interface.
1. Managing and Accessing Digital Content
Authorized user roles, including Students, Parents/Guardians, Teachers, and System Administrators, can view, preview, and download published digital contents and supplementary resource files associated with their enrolled programs.
Standard Navigation Pathway
To navigate to the repository of published digital resources, execute the following steps:
1) Go to Modules > My Learning > Digital Contents.
Browse or filter the available materials.
The student can:
Preview: View the PDF or file contents directly inside the browser window without downloading.
Download: Click the download icon to save a copy of the attachment to their local device (available only if enabled by the administrator).
2. Viewing Physical Library Check-In and Check-Out Logs
Students can audit their physical library transaction history, monitor active item borrowings, and check historical returns through the centralized student portal dashboard.
Accessing Circulation Logs
Go to Modules > My Learning > Check in and Check Out Logs
Find the book that you have borrowed.
Important Guidelines on Check-In Authority
Administrative Responsibility: Students and parents can review book history and current active check-out statuses; however, initiating or processing a physical item check-in is strictly restricted to designated Library Personnel and Administrators.
Returning Materials: Physical publications must be presented directly at the institutional library desk. A librarian will process the physical return, which automatically updates the student's status log in the portal.
