The Health Records module allows administrators to record, view, and maintain the health logs of students and teachers, including information on allergies, vaccinations, medical notes, and incidents. To manage health records, follow the steps below.
STEP-1: Access Health Records Module
Go to Modules > Student Information System > Health Records > Students/Teachers
Note: If you are unable to find the health records module when logged in as a sub-admin, please ensure you get access permission to this module from your super-admin.
STEP-2: Log Health Records
To capture health records for a student/teacher, tap on the "Manage Health Records" button.
The medical assistant, or a nurse can capture the following information for both students, and teachers.
Medical Records

Medications - used to capture any medication information of a student such as substances used to prevent, diagnose, treat, or relieve the symptoms of disease.
Immunization - to log, a safe and efficient public health procedure that boosts the body's natural immunity against infectious diseases, usually through the administration of a vaccine.
Medical Notes - to log medical conditions of a student/teacher by a specific nurse or doctor.

Clinic Visit (Medical Records) - general clinical visits used to log student's health information such as the concern, time in and out, nurse name, and any comments such as prescriptions.
Bulk Importing Health Records
Admins can also bulk import the health records for both students, or teachers.

Please follow the instructions to import the health records data highlighted in the same screen, and import the data.

The student module serves as a central console for administrators to efficiently access comprehensive information regarding students. A notable feature within this module is the "Alerts" section, which allows administrators to easily view any allergies that a student may have by enabling the corresponding column.
Visiting the student profile, admins can also view the health information, and also modify the health records.
