As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, we are excited to announce a pricing adjustment, effective January 1, 2025. This decision follows our steadfast effort to maintain the same pricing structure since 2013, despite increasing industry costs. We will honor the previous prices until the quote expires.

- Quotes Generated On or After:** November 3, 2024 AEST

Any quotes generated will reflect the new pricing.

1. When does the price update take effect?

The new pricing will take effect on January 1, 2025.

2. What improvements have been made over the last year?

3. Why are you increasing the price of your products?

We have maintained our pricing for over a decade, but rising industry costs and the need for continued innovation require us to adjust our prices. This change will help us enhance our platform and deliver even greater value to our users.

Billing & Licensing Questions

4. How can I reduce my bill?

To reduce your bill, consider upgrading to an annual payment plan before the price change takes effect. Additionally, if you choose the yearly plan, subsequent renewals will receive a 10% discount. Our support team can assist you in finding the best solution for your needs.

5. Can I renew my Classe365 subscription early?

Yes, you can renew your Cloud subscription early. Please contact our support team for assistance with the renewal process.

6. If I already have a quote for an annual subscription with the old pricing, will you still honor it?

Yes, we will honor quotes generated before November 3, 2024, AEST until they expire.

7. How will the Enterprise customers deal with pricing changes?

Pricing for Enterprise customers will remain the same until their existing contract expires. After the contract term, any new pricing may be applicable. If you have any questions about your contract or renewal options, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

8. What if I have an open quote?

If you have a quote generated from our website before November 3, 2024, AEST, we will honor the previous pricing until the quote expires.

9. Will NFP discounts change?

No, our Not-for-Profit (NFP) discounts will remain the same. We are dedicated to supporting NFP organizations. These discounts apply to customers with a minimum spend of $500 per month or $6,000 per year, offering a 15% discount for eligible customers.

10. If I upgrade my core module plan on or after January 2025, will I have to pay the new subscription pricing?

Yes, if you upgrade your user tier on or after January 2025, you will be subject to the new subscription pricing.

11. If I add a new add-on module to my Classe365 account on or after January 2025, will I have to pay new subscription pricing?

Yes, adding a new add-on module on or after January 2025 will be subject to the new subscription pricing.
