By default, only the super administrator will have permissions & access to everything on the platform. If you want to provide permissions to other administrators, then you have to go Modules > Manage Teacher/Admin staff

Here click on the 🔑 "key-icon" to manage the permissions for the required user.

From this section, give permissions to all the required modules as per your requirement.
